In view of the problems in the machining process of ball screw, this paper proposes some solutions, including optimization of machining parameters, selection of machining tools, improvement of machine tool stiffness, etc. Finally, through the analysis and evaluation of actual machining tests, it is proved that the proposed process scheme in this paper is feasible, which can provide reference and reference for the production of ball screw.
